    By accessing and using Fulhar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. Fulhar reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

    Fulhar provides AI-powered YouTube optimization tools including but not limited to analysis, keyword research, video idea generation, viral title generation, script outline creation, thumbnail concept suggestions, and upload strategy recommendations.

    3. Content Ownership

    All content generated using Fulhar's AI tools — including video titles, scripts, thumbnail descriptions, and strategy recommendations — is owned by you, the user. You are free to use this content for your YouTube channel and other purposes.

    However, Fulhar retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate YouTube's Terms of Service.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
    • Use automated bots or scripts to excessively access the Service.
    • Resell, redistribute, or white-label Fulhar's generated content as a competing service.
    • Upload or input content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

    5. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Fulhar's tools provide AI-generated suggestions and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific results such as view counts, subscriber growth, or video rankings. All AI outputs are suggestions and should be reviewed before use. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Fulhar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or content.

    7. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Fulhar for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
